This is what's happening on one part of the school campus during the 30-minute break between periods 2 and 3 (from 9:10 to 9:40 a.m.) every weekday morning. The students are encouraged to get outside to group dance, rollerblade, play badminton, enjoy a game of basketball or just move around and get the blood flowing. Schools in the United States could benefit from such exercise breaks. Next week, I plan to dance along with the students.
